Team store orders are batch processed when the team store closes. You can expect your order to ship in about 2 weeks (subject to carrier delays) from store closing.

We will not accept new orders once the team store closes. However, most stores will re-open for additional orders upon request from your organizations management and will be communicated to you from them.

Items purchased from the team store are custom and printed on demand for your specific order fulfillment. If you have any issues with your order, please email our customer service team at orderdesk@teamswagshop.com for assistance.

All Team Store orders are shipped USPS for a flat rate of $5.95 per order. Multiple orders cannot be combined to one shipment under this program.

Team Swag Shop accepts all major credit cards for team store orders.

Orders are batch processed once a team store closes. Orders will be shipped out within 14 days of store closing. All orders are shipped from Palm Beach County, Florida via USPS. Days in transit will depend on where the shipment is going. Typically, no more than two days.
